Right of withdrawal

I. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered in a single manner;
- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Sproutling Sleep GmbH, Bankstrasse 9, 40476 Düsseldorf, telephone: 0211-96292023, email address: returns@sproutlingbaby.com) by means of a clear declaration (preferably by email to hello @sproutlingbaby.com) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

The voluntary right of withdrawal of a further 86 days (100 days money back) only applies to the original baby mattress 70x140 and 60x120cm and not to the additional bed mattress.

Our 100 day guarantee is a voluntary offer that we offer to our customers. The guarantee does not include the use of the mattress. The “testing” must not go beyond what you know from the store (inspection, testing, etc.). This offer is equivalent to testing the products in the store, i.e. seeing the mattress, checking the materials, firmness, functions. We want to give our customers the opportunity to see and “touch” the product at home before making their final decision. In particular, this offer does not allow the mattress to be used for 100 days and then returned.


II. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us to be repaid immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The free return offer is only valid for customers from Germany.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

III. Reasons for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
- to deliver audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Avoiding returns

Every return not only means additional work for everyone, but also puts a strain on our environment. We therefore ask you to select your products particularly carefully. On our product pages you will find all the important information about materials and sizes. We put a lot of effort into clearly highlighting all the important features of the products in order to prevent incorrect orders. If you still need to return something, read on.

 

Returns after cancellation and in the event of a complaint

Please note the following general information for returns:

Clarification: Compliance with the information is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the “Withdrawal” section.

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in the original packaging with all accessories. If you no longer have the original packaging, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.

Please note that we can only refund unused products!

If your order includes free products, we ask that you return them as well to receive a full refund of the purchase price. If you keep parts of the products, we can only give you a partial refund.

 

This is how the return works:

Would you like to return your order? We regret that very much!

If one of our products does not meet your expectations 100%, you can easily return the product to us within 14 days. The return is subject to your own costs. We recommend insured return shipping including tracking so that we can accurately check receipt of your products. It is best to use the shipping box in which you received your order for returns.

It is imperative that you register your return with us in advance at returns@sproutlingbaby.com . Please include your order number and the items you would like to return in the email. We will then send you the information on how to proceed. After receiving your return, it will first be checked.

Please note: If your order arrives in multiple shipments, please return each shipment individually. Since individual items are in different warehouses, you send the items back to the warehouse where they came from.

Once the return has been checked and accepted, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used within 14 working days.

Please note that the following conditions must be met for a return:

- The items must be in their original condition with no signs of use or odors .

- The (paper) label and other tags must not have been removed.

- Items must be in their original packaging.

 

Return in the event of a complaint:
