For our deliveries we work exclusively with DHL as the transport service company.
If your order contains several different items, it may happen that it arrives in several shipments.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery.

Avoiding returns
Every return not only means additional work for everyone, but also puts a strain on our environment. We therefore ask you to select your products particularly carefully.
